Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and wellness programs.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records in digital and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or similar software.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, administration, or customer service is advantageous.
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months) with the possibility of extension based on performance.
