Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Provide expert guidance on performance management, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Act as a change agent, facilitating organizational development and cultural transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable HR strategies.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
