Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in alignment with company goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, address concerns, and provide conflict resolution support to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends and innovations.
