Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees across various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and training needs through regular assessments and feedback.
- Create engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
- Deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure employees acquire the skills and knowledge required for their roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure our programs remain innovative and competitive.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes for reporting and analysis.
- Support career development initiatives by providing guidance and resources to employees seeking growth opportunities within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training and development, HR, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development and instructional design.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
