Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the restaurant’s business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Oversee performance management, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans for staff.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, addressing employee concerns, and promoting work-life balance.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, including contracts, work permits, and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and Indonesian labor law (BPJS, PKWT, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa).
- Experience with HRIS or payroll software and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and people development, with a customer-centric approach.
