Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and onboarding for new hires to ensure cultural and role fit.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales team performance, productivity, and retention.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, leveraging networking and employer branding.
- Implement performance management systems to track and improve sales team effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends in recruitment, sales, and talent development to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent development, or sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of sales roles, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s job market and local employment regulations is advantageous.
