Responsibility
- Process and manage payroll transactions accurately and in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Administer total rewards programs, including benefits, compensation, and incentives.
- Handle employee HR transactions, such as onboarding, offboarding, and data updates, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery efficiency.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR shared services, payroll, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
