Responsibility
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various roles in the US market through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on the US market.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the US is a plus.
