Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Drive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization.
- Manage office administration, including facilities, vendor relationships, and workplace safety.
- Foster a positive company culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to HR processes and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
