Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and payroll data, using HRIS or other digital tools.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in a multicultural or international work setting is a plus.
