Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Oversee daily HR operations, such as payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records maintenance.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill employees and align their growth with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including contracts, benefits, and workplace safety.
- Handle performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and disciplinary actions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in employee engagement, training, and performance management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
