Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
