Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver impactful training sessions through various methods, including workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
