Responsibility
- Partner with clients to identify and understand their staffing requirements, workforce gaps, and long-term hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations and cultural fit analysis, to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
- Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client retention rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s job market and local employment regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
