Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team events or wellness programs.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, including contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate on employer branding projects to enhance the company’s reputation as a top workplace.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
- Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for people and culture, with a genuine interest in HR practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
