Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment, health, and safety.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management and regulatory purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an HR managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on employee advocacy and business needs.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, including HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
