Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you’ll drive end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing top talent to onboarding, while maintaining efficient administrative systems. Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations for both technical (construction/project) and corporate roles.
- Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, salary benchmarks, and selection criteria.
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires with documentation, training, and orientation.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll coordination, leave management, and office logistics.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in construction, engineering, or corporate sectors.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
