Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for POS systems, Navision, and Dynamics AX.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for cashiers and administrative staff to ensure proficiency in system usage.
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to identify training needs and improve SOP compliance.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related queries from trainees.
- Monitor and report on training progress, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail training and HR development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, HR development, or a similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, Navision, and Dynamics AX; certification is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to design engaging training materials and deliver effective sessions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
