As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet aggressive hiring targets. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is an onsite role based in one of Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, offering you the perfect blend of professional growth and island living.

Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer extension, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and report on hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or agency recruitment is an advantage.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
