Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Digiplus store staff, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular on-site and virtual training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses to ensure consistent skill enhancement across all stores.
- Assess training needs through store visits, performance reviews, and feedback from store managers to identify gaps and tailor programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with regional managers and HR teams to align training initiatives with company goals, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs such as sales performance, customer feedback, and employee retention.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, videos, and digital modules, to support self-paced and instructor-led learning.
- Mentor and coach high-potential employees, preparing them for leadership roles within the retail network.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital retail innovations, and competitor strategies to ensure training content remains relevant and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training, learning & development, or a similar role, preferably in the consumer electronics or digital retail sector.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that improve team performance.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences, from entry-level staff to senior managers.
- Familiarity with modern training methodologies, e-learning platforms, and performance assessment tools.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to conduct in-person training sessions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Passion for retail, technology, and continuous learning, with a results-driven mindset.
