Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and policies are communicated effectively.
- Administer payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, and HR policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management, with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
