Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for hospitality roles.
  • Administer employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the hospitality industry, aligning with company and legal standards.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Conduct performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational restructuring initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality, service, or multinational industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
