Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for international roles.
- Global Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques, job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent across multiple regions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to inform hiring strategies and improve talent attraction.
- Cross-Border Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws, visa requirements, and company policies for international hires.
- Employer Branding: Promote Beyondsoftâs employer brand through compelling job descriptions, social media, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in recruitment, with a focus on international or technical hiring (IT, engineering, or similar fields preferred).
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong skills in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders across different cultures.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with global hiring trends, visa processes (e.g., work permits for Indonesia), and employment laws in key markets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate challenges in cross-border recruitment, such as time zone differences and cultural nuances.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs Degree: In Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
