Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages in compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Oversee office administration, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
