Responsibility
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Manage General Affairs functions, ensuring smooth office operations, facilities management, and administrative support.
- Oversee Industrial Relations, fostering positive employee-employer relationships and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs and develop talent management strategies.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HSE regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
