Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR personnel, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and deployment of HR staff.
- Assess training needs through gap analysis and implement solutions to enhance employee performance and readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and client expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching to foster skill development and career growth.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and digital resources for scalable learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR training, recruitment, or talent development, preferably in a consultancy or multinational environment.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employment laws, and HR compliance in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Moodle).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or training (e.g., ATD) are highly advantageous.
