Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps.
- Create and implement leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate learning solutions into daily workflows.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in L&D and organizational development to drive innovation.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to enhance program delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or L&D (e.g., ATD) are highly desirable.
