Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration, including payroll and incentives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably in a multinational or diverse environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on employee development and organizational growth.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
