Responsibility
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in competitive markets.
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and reduce time-to-hire.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including job boards, agencies, and educational institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to hiring and employment practices.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Superior Prima Sukses as an employer of choice in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment and leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
