Responsibility

  • Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, bank information, and leave balances.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Generate payroll reports for management and external auditors as required.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for payroll automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local Indonesian payroll systems).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security (BPJS) requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
