Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer HRD Corp matters, including claims, reporting, and compliance to support employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational success.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, and training programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
