Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for health and wellness-focused roles.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and align their growth with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Handle administrative tasks, including office management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Promote a culture of health and wellness within the organization through initiatives and employee well-being programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the FMCG, health, or wellness industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a strong plus.
