Responsibility
- Develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria for open positions.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a smooth interview process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring strategies.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to position Eastern Decorator Sdn Bhd as an employer of choice in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for diverse roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment KPIs and present actionable insights.
