Responsibility
- Lead and manage the HR shared services team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a strong background in HR shared services and operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, and experience in compliance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive HR initiatives that support business goals.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
