Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and optimize processes.
- Enhance candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a seamless hiring journey.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to align recruitment strategies with company culture and diversity goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and ATS management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with recruitment metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and candidate engagement best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote or hybrid work setting.
