Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for hospitality staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and align with company standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
- Promote workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a cohesive and engaged team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
