Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in Indonesia
