Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations for management.
- Conduct initial HR administrative tasks, such as drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and efficiency.
- Provide general support to the HR team, including handling employee inquiries and resolving basic HR issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws is a plus.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
