Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail and FMCG positions across multiple locations in Bali
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to align with business growth objectives
- Oversee a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the competitive retail market
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions
- Implement and optimize recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
- Enhance candidate experience through streamlined processes and effective communication
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition for the retail/FMCG sector
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in retail/FMCG recruitment, preferably in a multi-location environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing recruitment teams
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is highly desirable
