Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing staff
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities for employees across Bali locations
- Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for management review
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with internal communications
- Support HR compliance activities, including labor law research and policy documentation
- Contribute to special HR projects as assigned, bringing fresh perspectives to our team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in human resources and organizational development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
