Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and tools.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with US-based clients.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the US.
