Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive performance management systems that align with organizational goals and values.
- Develop and oversee talent development initiatives, including training programs, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for evaluating employee performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers to foster continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
- Lead the implementation of performance management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on performance management best practices for managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to performance management and employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, talent development, or a related HR function.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems and talent development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and performance management tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
