Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and training programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development planning.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in HR roles (internships or part-time roles are a plus).
- Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
