Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate general affairs duties, such as office supply procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor negotiations.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, work permits, and health/safety standards for all staff.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and basic office management tools.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
