In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Additionally, you’ll oversee general affairs, ensuring smooth office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination. Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate general affairs duties, such as office supply procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor negotiations.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, work permits, and health/safety standards for all staff.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and basic office management tools.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
