Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and personal files, in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Organize team-building activities and internal communications to boost morale and engagement.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
