Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, and utilities management.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance evaluations to ensure cost-effective services.
- Develop and monitor budgets for facility-related expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Coordinate workplace services, including office supplies, transportation, and employee amenities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the General Affairs team, fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows and reduce costs.
- Liaise with internal departments to address facility-related needs and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
