Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist blue-collar candidates for roles in Australia and other international markets.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for high-volume recruitment drives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate databases, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Stay updated on labor market trends, visa regulations, and industry-specific requirements for blue-collar roles.
- Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for placed candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with a focus on blue-collar or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high volume of requisitions.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools for recruitment.
- Knowledge of Australian labor laws, visa processes (e.g., TSS, Working Holiday), or international hiring is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Tagalog, Indonesian) are advantageous.
