Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and compensation management.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to management.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee well-being.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
