Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all departments.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment channels, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, including proactive sourcing and networking.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional hiring process.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position ACLC College as a top employer in the education sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment and hiring.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
