Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and labor laws to ensure compliance and competitive recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
